    ​Ready for your next adventure? Complete your BSEI Student Transcript Request Form to have your transcripts sent to your next institution. There is a $15.00 Transcript Request Fee. This fee covers sending the transcript to one address. There is a fee of $5.00 per additional copy needed to be sent out.

    BSEI Student Transcript Fee

    ​I understand that the esthetics program offered by BSEI is not able to accept federal financial aid until we have been approved for accreditation. I understand that I WILL receive my certificate in esthetics at the end of my completed program (1000 hours / 9 months daytime program or 1,000 hours / 11 months evening program) provided I have paid off my Student Account in full. I understand that a transcript fee is non-refundable, and an official transcript will not be issued until my account is paid in full.

    There is a fee of $5.00 per additional copy needed to be sent out. Once the initial request has been submitted a new form will need to be submitted with the $15.00 transcript request fee.
